Patient Care Coordinator
Melissa is our Patient Care Coordinator who has 20 plus years in customer service and sales and she is a licensed Esthetician. She is originally from New York but has called Florida home for the past 18 years. Melissa is energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to providing all our patients with kindness and guidance throughout their surgical journey. She's had personal experience with aesthetic surgery and loves sharing her journey with patients. She is a mother of three and has a passion and love for fashion and beauty.
Joely
Patient Conceirge/Medical Assistant
Joely, aka JoJo, was born and raised in Puerto Rico and is bilingual in English in Spanish. She began medical assisting in 2017 and has a background in aesthetics, primary care, and orthopedics. When the work day is over, she spends it with her four legged pup & her family. She is grateful for the time that she gets to spend with our patients to ensure everyone has a great experience!

Medical Assistant
Legna has been a Phlebotomist/ Medical Assistant, practicing in Orlando, since 2017. Her medical assisting experience includes drawing blood, medical/surgical, ambulatory care, intensive care, geriatrics, oncology, and cardiology. Legna is currently enrolled in ECPI University to obtain her Associates of Science to become a Registered Nurse to continue in Medical Aesthetics. She stays very active in the gym and traveling with her friends and family. Being born in Havana, Cuba, she is also fluent in Spanish.

Tracy is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in 2017 from Chamberlain College of Nursing with a Master of Science degree in Nursing. She previously worked as a registered nurse at a hospital for 10 years. As a nurse practitioner she has prior experience in Family Practice, weight loss, injury care, integrative and aesthetic medicine. She is a mother of four children. She enjoys spending time with family, going to theme parks, and is a dedicated dance mom.

Practice Manager
Sarah is a native of Virginia, she received her bachelors degree from James Madison University and her masters from Emerson College. She has extensive experience in marketing and management, including ten years of working in television as an Editor for reality tv, commercials, and professional sports. Her focus is making Azad Plastic Surgery a welcoming place with patient care as her top priority. A mother to two small children, she loves spending time with her family and loves all things Disney.
Angelique Norwood, CRNA
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Angelique, a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist, Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wolford College, in Naples, Florida in 2014 with a Masters in Science of Nurse Anesthesia. Angelique brings over twenty years of critical care and perioperative experience with a patient centric approach to anesthesia care. Angelique hails from the Orlando, Florida area and is married to husband, Todd, a fellow native Floridian. Together they share two adorable twin daughters. Angelique enjoys running, spending time with her family, and being outdoors.
Jasmine Perez
Operating Room Manager/First Assistant
Jasmine is excited to join Azad Plastic Surgery as our Operating Room Manager and First Assistant to Dr. Azad. She is originally from New Jersey, where she completed her education at Berkeley University. Jasmine has an extensive career in the medical field with over 20 years of experience, including nine years in the field of plastic surgery. She is a devoted wife, mother of three adult children, and first time grandmother.
Holly Nelson, RN-BSN
OR/Circulatory Nurse
Holly is a Florida native, born and raised in Jupiter, Fl. She moved to Orlando where she completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Central Florida and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Seminole State College of Florida. While attending UCF, she was a collegiate dancer on the Knightmoves dance team. Holly is a passionate and dedicated nurse with an eye for detail, bringing over 7 years of nursing experience with extensive inpatient and outpatient surgical care. She started her nursing career at Orlando Regional Medical Center caring for critically ill trauma and burn patients. Since shifting her focus from inpatient nursing, she now specializes in the perioperative care of plastic surgery and general surgery patients. Holly enjoys the outdoors, boating and fishing, gardening, staying active in the gym, traveling, and raising her chickens and 3 bulldogs.
